The UK Access User Group provides resources and information, a place for support and communication for people who build databases with Microsoft Access.
Our members come from all over the UK and far beyond, and we’d love you to join us too.
When you join the UKAUG you will be added to the ListServer (for more details see: ListServer Guidelines) but please note this is a manual process for now and will not be immediate.
Associate UKAUG member 2025 onwards
The price for membership is £5.00 per Year.
As an associate member of the UK Access User Group, you'll get access to our "listserver" meaning that you can ask all the other members of our group for help with issues you're having with MS Access - and, of course, you'll be able to answer questions asked by other members!
Associate members are also very welcome to attend our in-person events, although they don't get the member's discount on these events. Associate members cannot attend our regular online meetings and presentations.
At relaunch existing UKAUG member were given this level of membership for free, but after an initial period we have chosen to apply a modest £5 per annum charge to support the ListServer and other costs. You can still upgrade your membership to Full or Life at any time to take advantage of 50% conference discounts etc.
Full UKAUG member
The price for membership is £65.00 per Year.
As a member of the UK Access User Group, you'll get a 50% discount on our in-person events and conferences, as well as exclusive access to our online events. We'll always make sure that you save the cost of your membership with the first in-person event you attend.
Additionally, you'll have access to our directory of members, so you'll be able to see information about other members, and share your information with them (if you wish) in order to get or seek advice or show your availability for new work.
UKAUG Lifetime Member
The price for membership is £850.00 now.
As a lifetime member of the UK Access User Group, you'll get all the benefits of full membership of the UKAUG - for life*
In addition to our ever-lasting gratitude for your support (and all those benefits available to full members), you'll also get four passes, which you can use for yourself, or give to any other member, to attend any in-person conference for free. Whether you come to four conferences for free, or you give one to your three favourite colleagues to come with you to one conference is entirely your decision - the only stipulation is that those using the passes must be used by members of the UKAUG.
* The term "for life" refers to your life, the life of the UKAUG, or the life of MS Access, whichever is shortest.
